MicroBT Set to Launch WhatsMiner M6XS+ Series for Advancing Green Mining
The company released a detailed blog post unveiling the features of these cutting-edge machines. According to MicroBT, the new mining models come equipped with air-cooling, immersion-cooling, and hydro-cooling capabilities. Dr. Zuoxing Yang, the CEO and founder of MicroBT, emphasized the groundbreaking innovations in the green mining sector, particularly highlighting the significance of solar-powered mining.
Dr. Yang suggested that the cost of electricity for solar mining could potentially drop to as low as 4 cents per kWh by 2026, a development that could remove a major barrier for solar-powered mining in the industry. With the optimization of miner frequency, MicroBT has established a strong foothold in solar mining and has successfully conducted a 100 kW pilot project. The platform also announced the upcoming WhatsMiner solar miner project, inviting industry partners to join in the solar-powered mining initiative.
Dr. Yang also highlighted the impressive increase in the outlet water temperature, reaching approximately 80℃, setting a new benchmark in the market. The Exclusive Mining Models Offer Huge Power Efficiency, Hashrate, and Outlet Water Temperature
The hydro-cooling miners offer a wide range of ambient temperature control, providing flexibility in reducing cooling needs. This capability positions MicroBT as a leading player in the realm of green mining. The latest generation of WhatsMiner products includes Immersion-cooling M66S+, M64, hydro-cooling M63S+, and air-cooling M60S+, boasting significant power efficiency, hashrate, and outlet water temperature.
Dr. Yang announced that these exclusive solutions and products will be available to users in the Spring of the following year. Following Dr. Yang’s keynote address, Wright Wang, MicroBT’s Sales & Marketing Director, engaged in a panel discussion with Ghazaleh Barman from Riot Platforms and Niek Beudeker from Peak Mining, focusing on the partnership between manufacturing and mining. Wang highlighted Riot’s extensive immersion-cooling deployment, emphasizing the trust placed by consumers in MicroBT’s innovative solutions and reliable support.
