TON Accelerator
has introduced Synergy, a $5 million initiative designed to accelerate cross-chain projects between the TON blockchain and Mantle. Mantle is the partner network of the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM). The Synergy initiative provides developers with resources to merge TON’s vast user base and reach with the versatility of EVM networks.
Bringing TON and Mantle’s Ecosystems Together
The Synergy program also seeks to harness the Telegram social network, which has a reach of more than 950 million users, together with Mantle’s multifaceted DeFi and CeDeFi product portfolios. This has been supported by
TON Ventures
and Mantle’s EcoFund, which seeks to fund solutions that enhance cross-chain linkages and provide interoperability between TON and EVM-style chains.
Synergy also provides developers with product design, integration, and marketing and sales support. Users will receive a ready-made scalable infrastructure, liquidity from
Mantle
, and access to TON’s expanding environment for cross-chain operations. The funding also allows developers to make new use cases like cross-chain DeFi, gaming, and staking solutions that create fresh projects that connect TON’s user base with Mantle’s network.
TON Accelerator and Mantle’s Strategic Partnership
TON Accelerator selected Mantle as a core partner for Synergy due to its established presence in decentralized finance (DeFi) and cross-chain applications. Mantle has successfully managed projects as
Catizen
, the team demonstrates skills in developing valuable solutions for EVM-compatible ecosystems. David Toh, the managing partner at Mantle, also pointed out that this integration paves the way for more opportunities for liquidity and usage, both between the two networks and, more broadly, in the ecosystem.
TON Accelerator is already looking for developers to join Synergy and work on creating new-generation cross-chain solutions in various fields. The key areas of attention are cross-chain DeFi services, non-custodial solutions, including wallets and service aggregators, and game-changing concepts. The initiative also allows developers to access and embed themselves into TON’s user base while reaping from Mantle’s resources for further improvements and developments of blockchains.
